To contact your doctor, first decide whether this problem or issue is emergency. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 and ask to be taken to an emergency room for evaluation.

During Business Hours

To contact the doctor, simply call us at our main number, 480-659-4811.

After Hours

Generally, your routine medical questions and prescription renewals should be handled during regular business hours. If you have a question of an emergent nature after hours, we can be reached by calling our directory at (480) 659-4811. The physician on call will be notified of your message and return your call as soon as possible.

Please note that prescriptions will NOT be filled by the provider on-call for the practice after office hours.
